Three easy food recipes that everyone must know 😄






If you are bored by sitting at home then why not use this emptiness and make some delicious, easy to cook and mouth watering dishes at home all by yourself.😋

So, in this article I am going to share with you all , three most easy recipes which you can make yourself.

The first recipe is-

Cheela made with vegetables


  • Capcicum
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Beetroot
  • Cabbage
  • Paneer or any vegetable you want to take.
  • Oil
  • Gram Flour
  • Oats
  • Salt


  • Chop all the vegetables finely into a bowl.
  • Add 3 spoon of Oats to that bowl.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of gram flour in this bowl if you want a good binding of your Cheela then add one more tablespoon of gram flour to it.
  • And in the end ,add salt according to your taste.
  • Mix the mixture well and after that mix it with water, so that the mixture binds well.
  • After take a pan and put a spoonful of ghee in it and spread it around the pan. Pour your mixture in the pan .Keep the flame of the gas low while pouring the mixture in the pan.
  • Cook this mixture for 7 to 8 minutes in low flame.
  • Serve this chilla with curd and I am sure you will be happy after eating this.

The second recipe is-

Medu Vada


  • 1 cup spilt green gram ( urad daal)
  • Ginger
  • Green Chilli
  • Chopped onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • Chopped coconut
  • Cumin seeds
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Rice Flour


  • Soak urad dal in water for overnight.
  • Then add 2 ginger and 3 to 4 green chillies and small of water to the soaked lentil and grind it in the mixer. ( Do not make mixture too thin).
  • When the paste of urad daal is ready pour it in a bowl and then add chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander, chopped coconut, cumin seeds and black pepper to it .
  • After that add salt according to your taste in the mixture.
  • If you want your medu wada too crispy then add rice flour  in to it.
  • After this, put oil in a frying pan and keep it for heating on a medium flame.
  • Now make the shape of medu vada and put it in hot oil carefully .
  • Cook medu vada till its colour turns into golden brown.
  • Serve medu Varda either with green sauce or with SAMBHAR.

The third recipe is-



  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped capcicum
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Green Chilli
  • Poha
  • Turmeric powder
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Green peas
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Corainder


  • Soak the poha in water for 10 minutes and leave it as it is.
  • After that take a frying pan and in this add two drops of oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.
  • Then add all the veggies into it.
  • Stir fry all the veggies in medium flame until all the veggies become crispy.
  • Then add turmeric powder and salt it into it.
  • Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on a medium flame.
  • When your poha is ready to serve, then add lemon juice and coriander leaves to garnish it.
