Vegetable Lasagna






Ingredients for sheets : 12 Sheets

1. Semolina Flour(2 Cups)
2. White Flour (2 Cups)
3. Whole egg - 2
4. Salt
5. Olive Oil( 1 Tbsp)
6. Mix 2 Tbsp water when dry while Kneading.


Mix above ingredients and start kneading, mix 2 Tbsp water whey dry. Knead for 10-15 mins.
Keep in fridge for 30 mins - 1 hr then start creating sheets



Sheets can be cut as per the mould you have. Assuming a rectangle type mould you can create 2-3 sheets for a layer.


Ingredients for Stuffing:

1. Carrot
2. Onion
3. Capsicum
4. Green Beans
5. Tomato
6. Green Chillies
7. Garlic
8. Cottage Cheese



In a Pan , take 3 Tbsp Olive oil , let it heat, mix all vegetables , add 1 Tbsp Black pepper,1 Tbsp Sugar, Salt as per your taste, Pasta/Pizza sauce, let it cook for 10-15 min on medium flame and mix grind Cottage cheese then let it cook for 5 more mins.
Once stuffing is ready, grease mould with butter or Ghee, add sheets to cover the base and pour a

layer of vegetables stuffing, add a layer of cheese(Cheddar iIdid use) and again a layer of sheets and then vegetables stuffing and a cheese layer over it.

Cook for 30-40 mins at 205C.

Vegetables you can add as per your availability.

In case if you want to cook Chicket Lasagna,  Add Chopped chicken pieces and then fry with Vegetable and follow as mentioned above.
